Hello :) I’m Cris Sira, passionate about the sea, beauty, and everything that connects us to what is essential.

This space was created with the intention of inspiring you to take care of yourself. I believe that when we learn to listen to ourselves and build from within, everything else begins to fall into place. We can’t control everything, but we can understand ourselves better, find balance, and live with more calm, clarity, and meaning.

I studied International Law (University of Nice), but my curiosity about human development led me to keep exploring. I am currently studying Psychology at the University of La Rioja and have trained in yoga and somatic approaches, integrating all of this into the way I share wellbeing, always from a close and accessible perspective.

Here I share ideas, tools, and small habits that I discover along the way. Not to tell you what to do, but to invite you to explore, connect with yourself, and find what truly resonates with you.

From this space, and through offerings such as mindful walks with photography, beach movement sessions, and micro-ritual workshops, I invite you to slow down, return to your body, and rediscover the beauty of simplicity.
