Hello :) I’m Cris Sira, passionate about the sea, beauty, and everything that connects us to what is essential.
This space was created with the intention of inspiring you to take care of yourself. I believe that when we learn to listen to ourselves and build from within, everything else begins to fall into place. We can’t control everything, but we can understand ourselves better, find balance, and live with more calm, clarity, and meaning.
I studied International Law (University of Nice), but my curiosity about human development led me to keep exploring. I am currently studying Psychology at the University of La Rioja and have trained in yoga and somatic approaches, integrating all of this into the way I share wellbeing, always from a close and accessible perspective.
Here I share ideas, tools, and small habits that I discover along the way. Not to tell you what to do, but to invite you to explore, connect with yourself, and find what truly resonates with you.
From this space, I invite you to slow down, return to your body, and rediscover the beauty of simplicity.
When the way you look changes, your experience changes.
Why Sira?
Sira is more than a name to me.
In Arabic, sīra (سيرة) speaks of a life, a journey, a way of being — the story we create through the way we live.
And that is where everything begins for me.
I have always felt a deep need to understand. To understand why we feel the way we feel, why we think the way we think, why we repeat certain patterns, why some experiences change us, and why sometimes the smallest moments leave the deepest marks.
But the more I learn, the more I realise that understanding ourselves is not about finding a final answer.
We are constantly becoming.
Every experience, every relationship, every decision, every thought, every intention and every action becomes part of our sīra — part of the life we are creating and the person we are becoming.
Psychology gives me a way to explore that journey. But my curiosity goes beyond psychology alone. I am interested in the relationship between mind and body, in our connection with others, in the stories we tell ourselves, in what we carry without realising it, and in the space between who we are and who we are becoming.
That is the purpose behind this space.
Not to tell you how to live.
Not to offer perfect answers.
But to ask better questions. To look a little deeper. To understand ourselves with more curiosity and awareness — and perhaps, through that understanding, to live a little more intentionally.
Because our sīra is not only the story of where we have been.
It is the story we are still writing.
